Novitas Consult
Novitas Consult is a Serbia-based social enterprise that offers equal opportunities to people with disabilities. Through professional rehabilitation, work training, and fostering employment, they empower individuals with disabilities and integrate them into work processes, while achieving their full social inclusion.
Goals are realized through following production and service economic activities:
- sorting, packaging and repacking of food products;
- collective and combined packaging of non-food products;
- production and confection of consumables, advertising and packaging products.

The partnership with Elixir Group
Elixir Group is today the leading producer of phosphoric acid and complex mineral fertilizers in Southeast Europe with two production complexes in Šabac and Prahovo. The organization is composed of twelve member companies that collaborate with each other and more than 1.900 employees.
The company started working with Novitas Consult in 2014. As a well-known local company with a large number of references, Novitas Consult was an obvious choice for Elixir Group to make a service agreement with.
Since then, the two organizations have developed a long-term cooperation regarding the New Year’s gifts for employees' children. The social enterprise is responsible for the procurement, sorting, age classification and packaging, as well as the delivery of the New Year’s goodies to employees’ children.
The Impact
Through professional rehabilitation, work training, and fostering employment, Novitas Consult empowers more than 22 individuals with disabilities and integrates them into work processes, whilst promoting their full social inclusion. In 2023 alone, they packed and delivered 738 New Year’s gifts to Elixir Group, allowing them to create jobs and economic empowerment to people with disabilities.
